VIENNA, AUSTRIA — UserGems, a leading revenue generation software, announced that it was awarded funding by the Austrian Research Promotion Agency (FFG) for a $1M project to strengthen the AI capabilities of its sales intelligence solution. This investment will focus on combining large language models (LLMs) with robust and interpretable machine learning models to create high-quality, customized recommender systems for users.
"We're incredibly proud to receive this funding,” said Christian Kletzl, co-founder and CEO of UserGems. “Such research will help more companies find the right buyers at the right time and close more deals."
This project, set to be completed over the next two years, will significantly benefit UserGems' customers. It will increase the efficiency of sales processes by surmounting human bias when defining ideal target companies and buyer personas and automating many monotonous tasks, aligning with UserGems' mission to turn buyers' job changes and relationship intelligence into revenue for companies globally.
